Return Policy (New Zealand)

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help—within reason and in line with your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items must be free from marks, scents, or signs of wear (including makeup, deodorant, or perfume).

  • Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or discounted items (including purchases made with promo codes)

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with a description and clear photos of the issue. We’ll cover the return shipping cost for faulty items.
